痕量镉的测定,目前推荐为双硫腙光度法等,但需用有机溶剂萃取,操作繁琐。用卟啉衍生物光度法测定镉已有报道,但采用易于合成及提纯的非水溶性meso-四-(4-甲氧基苯基)卟啉,(简称T(4-MOP)P),尚未见报道,本文用我系合成的该试剂在适当掩蔽剂存在下直接测定水样中的痕量镉,结果满意。
Determination of trace cadmium, currently recommended for the dithizone spectrophotometry, but the need for organic solvent extraction, cumbersome operation. Spectrophotometric determination of cadmium with porphyrin derivatives has been reported, but the use of water-soluble meso-tetrakis- (4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin which is easy to synthesize and purify (abbreviated as T (4-MOP) P) It has not been reported yet. In this paper, we use the reagent synthesized by our department to directly determine the trace cadmium in water samples with satisfactory masking agent, and the results are satisfactory.
