目的探讨研究穴位注射疗法对慢性咽炎的治疗效果。方法:对200例慢性咽炎患者,实行天突、廉泉、大椎、阿是、三阴交穴位的药物注射。随机抽样对照组200例慢性咽炎患者,服用金嗓利咽丸,含化草珊瑚含片。随访1～12个月,对察对比两组临床效果。结果:治疗组;显效79例(39.50%),有效84例(42.00%),无效37例(18.5%)。对照组:显效61例(30.50%),有效68例(34.00%),无效71例(35.50%)。两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射疗法是在中医针灸理论基础上。药物作用加药物刺激穴位,治疗慢性咽炎确实疗效确切,简便易行。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection therapy on chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 200 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients, the implementation of Tiantu, Lianquan, Ojo, A is, Sanyinjiao points of drug injection. Conclusion Point injection therapy is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. The role of drugs and drugs to stimulate acupuncture points, the treatment of chronic pharyngitis indeed curative effect, simple and easy.
