棘球蚴病(CHD)的诊断主要依靠免疫学方法,但由于使用的抗原为棘球蚴囊液粗抗原,因此交叉反应较多。用重组的细粒棘球绦虫抗原作代替抗原是一项重要的改进。本文作者分离了一种编码细粒棘球绦虫抗原的cDNA序列,并对其潜在的诊断价值进行了分析。
The diagnosis of hydatid disease (CHD) mainly relies on immunological methods, but the cross-reactivity is high due to the antigen used as the crude antigen of hydatid cyst fluid. Replacing the antigen with the recombinant Echinococcus granulosus antigen is an important improvement. The authors isolated a cDNA encoding the Echinococcus granulosus antigen and analyzed its potential diagnostic value.
