目的:建立人参五味子颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35);流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温为30℃,检测波长:250nm;进样量为10μL,外标法计算含量。结果:五味子醇甲在0.06244~1.2488μg·L-1范围内峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系,A=2189.6C,r=1.0000,平均回收率为99.0%RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,准确,可为标准的修订提供可行的依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of schisandrin A in ginseng schisandra granules. Methods: The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35); the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1; the column temperature was 30°C, the detection wavelength was 250nm; The amount is 10 μL and the content is calculated by an external standard method. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of Schizandrin A in the range of 0.06244-1.2488 μg·L-1, A=2189.6C, r=1.0000, average recovery was 99.0% and RSD was 1.8% (n=6). . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can provide a feasible basis for the revision of the standard.
