高压电位疗法对心律失常影响的观察

目的:观察高压电位疗法对心律失常的影响。方法:选择经24h动态心电图和(或)标准心电图检查确诊的各类心律失常26例,根据心律失常类型及其严重程度,采用高压电位治疗仪进行相应疗程治疗,并进行前瞻性自身对照分析治疗前后心律失常变化情况。结果:(1)本组最高心率、最低心率、平均心率在高压电位治疗前后的数据,经统计学处理,差异均不显著(P>0.05),提示高压电位对于心脏正常电活动无显著影响。(2)治疗后复查24h动态心电图,痊愈6例,占23.1%;显效6例,占23.1%;有效5例,占19.2%;无效3例,占11.5%;加重6例,占23.1%;总有效率65.4%。结论:高压电位疗法对部分心律失常具有较好疗效。 Objective: To observe the effect of high voltage potential therapy on arrhythmia. Methods: Twenty-six cases of various types of arrhythmia diagnosed by 24h Holter and standard electrocardiogram (ECG) were selected. According to the type and severity of arrhythmia, the patients were treated by high-voltage potentiometer and prospective self-control analysis Arrhythmia changes before and after. Results: (1) The data of the highest heart rate, the lowest heart rate and the average heart rate before and after treatment with high-voltage potentials were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), suggesting that the high-voltage potentials had no significant effect on normal heart electrical activity. (2) 24 hours after treatment, the recovery electrocardiogram was 24h, accounting for 23.1%; 6 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 23.1%; 5 cases were effective, accounting for 19.2%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 11.5%; The total effective rate of 65.4%. Conclusion: High-voltage potential therapy has a good effect on some arrhythmias.
