临床生化分析仪自20世纪50年代诞生以来,经过不断的发展已由半自动升级为全自动,并且功能越来越齐全,精密度准确度不断提高,检测速度越来越快。这就要求检验工作者不仅要熟练掌握全自动生化分析仪的功能及使用维护方法,而且要合理分配试验项目,做好校准及质控,必要时还需掌握机器的基本维修方法。下面我就携带与交叉污染问题及常见故障问题分析原因并阐述对策,以供参考。
Clinical biochemical analyzer since its birth in the 1950s, after continuous development has been upgraded from semi-automatic to fully automatic, and functions more and more complete, precision accuracy continues to improve, the detection speed faster and faster. This requires inspectors not only to master the function of automatic biochemical analyzer and the use of maintenance methods, but also to rationalize the distribution of test items, calibration and quality control, if necessary, need to master the basic maintenance of the machine. Below I carry and cross-contamination problems and common problems analysis and explain the reasons for the reference.
