本文通过对尼泊金丁酯现有工艺的探讨,并对其工艺进一步研究与创新,对常规加热与微波加热进行对比,阐述了微波加热原理与反应动力学的基本特征,分析了微波加热对于生产现状,为加快绿色合成技术实现工业化提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we discussed the existing technology of butylparaben and further studied and innovated its technology. Compared the conventional heating with microwave heating, the principle of microwave heating and the basic characteristics of reaction kinetics were expounded. The effects of microwave heating on Production status, in order to accelerate the green synthesis technology to achieve a theoretical basis for industrialization.
