目的　探讨OUR—XGD旋转式伽玛刀治疗胶质瘤的疗效。方法　采用OUR—XGD旋转式伽玛刀对 17例胶质瘤和 8例手术残留肿瘤实施治疗。结果　随访 2 1例 ,随访率 84% ,肿瘤消失 6例 (2 8.5 6% ) ,缩小、坏死 9例(4 2 .86% ) ,肿瘤控制率 71.43 %。并发症 :反应性脑水肿 3例 (14 .2 8% )。结论　脑胶质瘤经OUR—XGD旋转式伽玛刀治疗的运用提高了生存期 ,减少了手术的危险性和手术并发症 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of OUR-XGD rotary gamma knife on glioma. Methods OUR-XGD rotary gamma knife was used to treat 17 cases of glioma and 8 cases of residual tumor. Results The follow-up was performed in 21 cases. The follow-up rate was 84%. The tumor disappeared in 6 cases (2 8.56%), and the reduction and necrosis in 9 cases (42.86%). The tumor control rate was 71.43%. Complications: Reactive brain edema in 3 cases (14.28%). Conclusion The use of OUR-XGD rotary gamma knife treatment of gliomas improves survival and reduces the risk of surgery and surgical complications
