采用DSC和传统的粉末烧结法研究了Al-B体系的相转化,并采用XRD分析了样品物相组成,采用SEM分析了样品微观形貌,分析结果表明:烧结温度对AlB2相的分解有决定性影响,同时,保温时间对AlB2相的分解也有影响。在真空烧结条件下,要使AlB2相完全分解,1050℃下烧结3 h是最佳热处理工艺。采用两种单质直接化合生成AlB12相的反应是完全反应;即使是改变Al粉与AlB12粉的比例,在900~1150℃范围内烧结样品3 h,都不能使Al与AlB12发生反应。
The phase transformation of Al-B system was studied by DSC and conventional powder sintering method. The phase composition of the Al-B system was analyzed by XRD. The microstructure of the Al-B phase was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the decomposition temperature of AlB2 phase was decisive Influence, at the same time, holding time also has influence on AlB2 phase decomposition. In vacuum sintering conditions, to make the AlB2 phase completely decomposed, sintered at 1050 ℃ for 3 h is the best heat treatment process. The reaction of AlB12 phase with two elemental direct chemical reaction is complete reaction. Even if the ratio of Al powder and AlB12 powder is changed, sintering of sample at 900-1150 ℃ for 3 h can not make Al react with AlB12.
