在水电站计算机监控系统中,采用发电机进行水库的水位控制是一个新的课题。通过建立数学模型,提出了一种PLC控制水库水位的方法,该方法采用PID控制器,以水轮发电机组作为执行机构,采用闭环控制方式,通过调整机组出力达到控制水位的目的。实现了发电机组联合控制水位的技术,在工程的实际应用取得了很好的效果。结果表明,PID控制能够应用与水电站的水位控制领域,选择准确度的数学模型以及合适的PID参数对控制效果有很大的影响。
In the computer monitoring system of hydropower station, using the generator to control the water level of the reservoir is a new subject. By establishing a mathematical model, a method of PLC controlling the water level of reservoir is proposed. The method adopts PID controller and turbine generator as the implementing agency. The closed-loop control mode is adopted to adjust the output of the unit to achieve the control of water level. The technology of controlling the water level of the generator sets is achieved, and the practical application of the project has achieved good results. The results show that the PID control can be applied to the field of hydropower station water level control, the mathematical model of the selection accuracy and the appropriate PID parameters have a great influence on the control effect.
