目的 探讨移动电话微波辐射对体外培养大鼠皮层神经细胞的影响。方法 在对体外新生大鼠 (0~ 1d)大脑皮层神经细胞进行原代培养的基础上 ,以频率 90 0MHz,功率密度分别为0 .0 2 5、0 .0 5 0、0 .10 0mW/cm2 的模拟移动电话微波辐射 4、8、12、16、2 0、2 4h。检测乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活力及细胞死亡率。结果 0 .0 5 0mW /cm2 功率密度组辐射 12h、0 .10 0mW/cm2 功率密度组辐射 8h后 ,均可引起神经细胞LDH活力和细胞死亡率增高 ,分别为 (17.6 5± 5 .2 8)U/L、11.70 %± 2 .6 7% ,(19.2 4± 3.71)U/L、14.6 2 %± 2 .43% ,与对照组 [(12 .98± 2 .5 4)U/L、8.93%± 2 .45 % ,(13.0 6± 2 .73)U/L、9.0 7%± 1.87% ]比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且随着辐射时间的延长 ,LDH活力和细胞死亡率也逐渐上升 ;0 .0 2 5mW/cm2 功率密度组未见明显改变。结论 长期连续的移动电话微波辐射对体外培养大鼠皮层神经细胞存在损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of mobile phone microwave radiation on cultured rat cortical neurons. Methods Based on the primary culture of neurons in neonate rat (0 ~ 1d) in vitro and with the frequency of 90 0MHz, the power densities of them were respectively 0.025, 0.050, 0.010mW / cm2 simulated mobile phone microwave radiation 4,8,12,16,2 0,2 4h. Detection of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and cell death rate. Results Radiation intensity of 0. 05 mW / cm 2 for 12 h and 0. 10 mW / cm 2 for 8 h resulted in an increase of LDH activity and cell death rate of neurons (17.6 5 ± 5. ), U / L, 11.70% ± 2.6.7%, (19.24 ± 3.71) U / L, 14.62% ± 2.43%, respectively, compared with the control group [(12.98 ± 2.45) U / L , 8.93% ± 2.45%, (13.0 6 ± 2 .73) U / L, 9.0 7% ± 1.87%], and the difference was significant (P <0.01) , LDH activity and cell death rate also gradually increased; 0. 025mW / cm2 power density group no significant change. Conclusion Long-term continuous mobile phone microwave radiation has the effect of damaging cultured rat cortical neurons.
