巴特氏综合征临床上较少见。近10年来,我们收治6例,现举1例,并将其诊治浅析如下。1.典型病例:女,38岁。腰痛、尿频、尿痛2年,3天前因乏力、发作性软瘫,伴有多饮多尿,在外院按格林-巴利综合征、尿崩症治疗无效,故来我院。查体:T39℃,P92次/min,Bp10/5kPa。精神萎靡。全身皮肤干燥,弹性差,双眼窝明显凹陷。右肾区叩痛,其余无异常。实验室检查:血清钾 Butt’s syndrome is clinically rare.
