目的探讨内消瘰疬丸联合抗结核药物治疗颈淋巴结结核的疗效。方法 80例患者被随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规抗结核药物治疗(2HRZE/10HRE),治疗组在对照组抗结核治疗的基础上,联合服用内消瘰疬丸。所有患者在整个疗程中,每2个月复查1次颈部彩超评估疗效。12个月后作疗效评价。结果治疗组于4、6、8、10、12个月等5个时段的临床治愈率与对照组比较(P<0.05)均优于对照组。结论内消瘰疬丸联合抗结核药物治疗颈淋巴结结核有缩短治疗时间及提高疗效的作用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Nie Xiaoyan pills combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs on cervical lymph node tuberculosis.
