渤中油气田潜山油气藏钻井过程中采用常规钻井技术曾经发生了多次严重井漏和储层损害的情况,直接影响了钻井工程质量。因此为了提高钻井工程质量,通过借鉴在陆上油气勘探中取得良好效果的欠平衡钻井技术,然而不同于陆上油气田,在海上钻井过程中因面临着作业环境复杂、安全环保要求严苛等多方面因素的限制,采用欠平衡钻井工艺仍然面临着诸多风险。因而在此基础上,通过深化研究,在欠平衡钻井工艺基础上进行优化,提出了海上压力控制钻井技术,该项工艺其核心就是借助于欠平衡钻井设备,采用较低的钻井液密度,通过调整井口套压达到微过平衡的目的,以实现钻井过程中的安全钻进和油气层保护。本文以渤海渤中20-1油田某井为实例具体阐述了海上压力控制钻井工艺技术。

Therefore, on this basis, through deepening research and optimization on the basis of underbalanced drilling technology, a new offshore pressure control drilling technology is proposed. The core of the technology is to use underbalanced drilling equipment, lower drilling fluid density, Adjust the wellhead pressure to achieve the purpose of micro-balance to achieve safe drilling and hydrocarbon reservoir protection during drilling. In this paper, a well in the Bozhong 20-1 oilfield in the Bohai Sea is taken as an example to illustrate the offshore pressure control drilling technology.
