目的:探讨银杏叶提取物促进帕金森病模型小鼠原位神经干细胞增殖分化的作用。方法:C57BL/6小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组和银杏叶提取物治疗组(简称治疗组)。采用MPTP腹腔注射建立帕金森病小鼠模型,利用免疫组化单标和双标技术观察银杏叶提取物对小鼠侧脑室室管膜下区神经干细胞增殖分化的影响。结果:银杏叶提取物治疗7d,侧脑室室管膜下区的PCNA、Nestin阳性细胞较模型组明显增多,并可见大量从背外侧角沿胼胝体排列的PCNA、Nestin阳性细胞;银杏叶提取物治疗28d,PCNA/Nestin双标细胞的数量较模型组明显增多。结论:银杏叶提取物可促进帕金森病模型小鼠脑内神经干细胞的增殖和迁移。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on the proliferation and differentiation of in situ neural stem cells in mice with Parkinson’s disease. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Ginkgo biloba extract treatment group (abbreviated as treatment group). A mouse model of Parkinson’s disease was established by intraperitoneal injection of MPTP. The effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells in the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricle of the mouse were examined using immunohistochemical single labeling and double labeling techniques. RESULTS: At 7 days after treatment with Ginkgo biloba extract, PCNA and Nestin positive cells in the subependymal zone of the lateral ventricle were significantly increased compared with the model group, and a large number of PCNA and Nestin positive cells were observed along the dorsolateral horn; Ginkgo biloba extract treatment At 28 days, the number of PCNA/Nestin double-labeled cells increased significantly compared with the model group. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract can promote the proliferation and migration of neural stem cells in mouse brains of Parkinson’s disease model mice.
