通过实验,对比研究了ASHRAE人工尘和大气尘对同一型号过滤器容尘阻力性能的影响,同时实验研究了不同过滤等级纤维滤料的容尘阻力性能。结果表明,ASHRAE人工尘在过滤纤维表面形成粉尘堵塞,堵塞之前模拟大气尘的效果较好;过滤等级越高的滤料,堵塞现象越明显;经过振荡破坏表面堵塞后,过滤纤维阻力显著减小。现有人工尘容尘测试方法有待改进,以便使实验结果与实际大气尘使用工况更加吻合。
The influence of ASHRAE artificial dust and atmospheric dust on the dust resistance performance of the same type of filter was comparatively studied through experiments. At the same time, the dust holding resistance performance of fiber filter with different filtration grade was experimentally studied. The results showed that the ASHRAE artificial dust formed dust clogging on the surface of the filter fiber, and the effect of simulating the atmospheric dust before clogging was better. The higher the filter grade, the more obvious clogging phenomenon. After the clogging of the surface, the resistance of the filter fiber decreased significantly . Existing methods for testing dust and dust in artificial dust need to be improved in order to make experimental results more in line with actual atmospheric dust usage conditions.
