[目的]探讨埃兹(Ezrin)蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化S-P法,检测50例宫颈癌患者癌组织标本及50例癌旁正常上皮中Ezrin蛋白的表达。[结果]Ezrin蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性率显著高于癌旁正常宫颈组织(96%vs.34%,P<0.01)。宫颈癌组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达与肿瘤细胞分化、浸润深度和淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05)。与患者年龄、临床分期(FIGO)和肿瘤体积无关(P>0.05)。Ezrin蛋白在癌组织中多定位于胞浆(96%),在癌旁正常上皮组织中多定位于胞膜(92%),两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]Ezrin蛋白高表达与宫颈癌的分化、浸润和淋巴结转移有关,其从胞膜向胞浆的移位可能参与宫颈癌的发生发展。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer. [Method] The expression of Ezrin protein in 50 cases of cervical cancer and 50 cases of adjacent normal epithelium was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. [Results] The positive rate of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal cervical tissues (96% vs. 34%, P <0.01). The expression of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer was closely related to tumor cell differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). It was not related to patient’s age, clinical stage (FIGO) and tumor volume (P> 0.05). Ezrin protein localized in the cytoplasm (96%) in cancerous tissues and in the adjacent normal epithelium (92%), both of which were statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The high expression of Ezrin protein is related to the differentiation, invasion and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer. The shift of its Ezrin protein from cytoplasm to cytoplasm may be involved in the development of cervical cancer.
