目的:对经闭孔入路经阴道尿道中段无张力悬吊术(Transobturator vaginal tape,TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效进行评价。方法:对17例SUI患者进行TVT-O治疗。结果:手术时间20～45min,平均30min,术中出血30～80ml,平均50ml。拔管后尿失禁消失14例,咳嗽增加腹压后偶有尿液溢出2例。随访1～13个月,平均7个月,无一例复发。结论:TVT-O治疗SUI操作简单,效果可靠,并发症少,是一种较为理想的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Transobturator vaginal tape (TVT-O) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) by transobturator approach. Methods: Twenty-seven SUI patients were treated with TVT-O. Results: The operation time was 20-45 minutes with an average of 30 minutes. The intraoperative bleeding ranged from 30 to 80ml with an average of 50ml. Urine incontinence disappeared after extubation in 14 cases, cough increased abdominal pressure after occasional urine overflow in 2 cases. Followed up for 1 ~ 13 months, an average of 7 months, no case of recurrence. Conclusion: TVT-O is an ideal method for the treatment of SUI with simple operation, reliable effect and few complications.
