本文介绍了冲压性能的重要指标n值的测定方法及它对汽车板材成形性能的影响。通过对解放牌汽车车身复盖件材料的测定、进行试验研究,探讨、分析了试验结果与冲废率的关系,证明了n值对一些深拉、翻边、弯曲等零件有极大的影响,表明了n值越大,材料越不易于失稳、整个零件的变形区内应变分布均匀,材料应变强化能力大。n值作为评定汽车冷轧材料成形性能的一个重要参数,可为估计汽车零件成形时出现开裂的可能性提供正确的依据。
This paper introduces the method of determining the value of n, an important index of stamping performance, and its effect on the formability of automobile sheet. Through the determination of the material of Jiefangpai automobile body cover, the relationship between the test result and the rejection rate was discussed and analyzed. It was proved that the value of n had a great influence on some deep drawing, burring and bending parts , Which shows that the larger the value of n is, the less likely the material is to destabilize. The strain distribution in the deformation zone of the whole part is even, and the strain hardening ability of the material is large. As an important parameter to evaluate the formability of automotive cold-rolled materials, n-value can provide the correct basis for estimating the possibility of cracking during the forming of automobile parts.
