研究了 10种渔用药物对 3株淡水鱼致病菌的抗菌活性 ,测定了 9种渔用药物对 4株淡水鱼致病菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果显示 ,不同药物药效差别很大 ,不同菌株对同一药物的敏感性也不尽相同。作者还测定了在不同细菌浓度、有机质含量条件下几种渔用药物的MIC和 MBC,认为水环境因子对药效产生较大影响。在研究的基础上 ,作者提出了使用渔用药物应注意的重要问题。
The antibacterial activities of 10 kinds of fishery drugs on three freshwater fish pathogens were studied. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBC) of nine fishery drugs on four freshwater fish pathogens were determined. The results show that different drugs vary greatly in potency, different strains of the same drug sensitivity are not the same. The authors also determined the MIC and MBC of several fishery drugs under different bacterial concentrations and organic matter content, and concluded that water environment factors have a great effect on the drug efficacy. On the basis of the research, the author put forward the important issues that should be noticed when using drugs for fishing.
