N~6-苄基腺嘌呤(N~6-benzyl adenine,简称BA)是带嘌呤环的合成激动素的一种,用烟草茎髓检定法测得它促进细胞分裂的活性可与激动素(Kinetin,N~6-呋喃甲基腺嘌呤)相比.因此,BA常与激动素、玉米素(zeatin,N~6-异戊烯腺嘌呤)一起,在其生理作用、作用机理及与其他植物激素相互作用等研究基础上使用. 日本从60年代起进行BA在农业和园艺上的应用研究.目前已作为葡萄、瓜类座果促进剂,稻苗防老化剂,苹果、蔷薇、洋兰侧芽发生促进剂等农药登记.在其他作物上也开展了多方面的应用研究.本文以农业研究部门确认有实用性的资料为基础介绍其应用研究的现状.
