1,3—二硝基甲苯(1,3—DNB)对睾丸有较强的毒性。硝基苯经硝基还原作用生成苯胺,可产生3—亚硝基硝基苯(3—NNB)、3—硝基苯羟胺(3—NP)和3—硝基苯胺(3—NA)等中间代谢物。本研究旨在确定3—NNB对睾丸Sertoli细胞的损害作用及其可能机理。取8~10周龄大鼠的睾丸,制成20%匀浆,以不同速度离心后,获得9000×g上清液(S—9)。
1,3-Dinitrotoluene (1,3-DNB) is highly toxic to the testes. Nitrobenzene is converted to aniline via nitro-reduction to produce 3-nitroso-nitrobenzene (3-NNB), 3-nitrophenylamine (3-NP) and 3- nitroaniline (3-NA) Intermediate metabolites. The aim of this study was to determine the damage effect of 3-NNB on testicular Sertoli cells and its possible mechanism. Testicles from 8 to 10 weeks old were made into 20% homogenates and centrifuged at different speeds to obtain 9000 × g supernatant (S-9).
