“雪兰红”是以“左优红”作母本、“北冰红”为父本杂交育成的酿造干红山葡萄酒新品种。果穗圆锥形,平均重量145.2g。果粒圆形,果皮蓝黑色,果肉绿色,无肉囊,果粒平均重1.39g、果实可溶性固形物含量16.2%~21.8%、总酸12.4~15.6g/L、单宁0.333~0.398g/L、出汁率55.3%~62.1%。干红山葡萄酒酒质好。在吉林省东南部地区栽培,果实9月中下旬成熟,生育期137~145d。成龄6年生树平均株产5.2kg,产量20.3t/km2,比对照品种“左优红”增产16.0%。抗寒力近似“贝达”葡萄。2012年3月通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
