目的:考察熵权模糊综合评判模型对促透剂促透效果评价的可行性,为促透剂评价提供可靠的方法。方法:以双氯芬酸钠为模型药物,氮酮、陈皮挥发油、桉叶油、薄荷醇和冰片为促透剂,以离体SD大鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,在改良的Franz扩散池上进行透皮试验。采用HPLC测定接收液中双氯芬酸钠含量,流动相甲醇-水-冰乙酸(80∶20∶0.5),检测波长276 nm,计算渗透系数、稳态流量、滞后时间、增渗倍数,运用熵权模糊综合评判模型对各促透剂的作用进行评价。结果:各组促透剂对双氯芬酸钠均有不同效果的促透作用,其中氮酮、薄荷醇和冰片表现为优,最大隶属度分别为0.761 1,0.582 1和0.495 4;陈皮挥发油和桉叶油表现为良,最大隶属度分别为0.454 2和0.480 9。结论:熵权模糊综合评判模型可对中药促透剂的促透效果进行客观、清晰的评价。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight to evaluate the penetration enhancement effect of the penetration enhancers and provide a reliable method for evaluating the penetration enhancers.
