对湖北省699份稻种资源进行了碾磨品质、蒸煮食用品质和营养品质3个方面8个品质性状的分析研究。全面了解了籼、梗、糯各类稻种资源的品质概况和特点,并筛选出17份具有优良蒸煮食用品质的稻种资源,供优质米育种作亲本选用。
699 rice resources in Hubei Province were milled quality, cooking quality and nutritional quality of three aspects of eight quality traits analysis. A comprehensive understanding of the indications, stems and waxy varieties of rice resources, quality profiles and characteristics, and screened 17 have excellent cooking edible quality rice resources for high-quality rice breeding for parents to use.
