异基因造血干细胞移植需作ＨＬＡ配型和混合淋巴细胞培养（ＭＬＣ）以判定供、受者间组织相容性。传统的ＭＬＣ通过细胞计数（淋巴母细胞比例）和同位素（常用３ＨＴｄＲ）掺入的结果来判定淋巴细胞的激活、增殖情况。我们拟建立常规混合淋巴细胞培养，在异基因抗原特异性刺?
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for HLA matching and mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) to determine donor and recipient histocompatibility. The traditional MLC by lymphocyte count (lymphoblastoid ratio) and isotope (commonly 3H TdR) incorporation of the results to determine the activation and proliferation of lymphocytes. We intend to establish a routine mixed lymphocyte culture that is specific for allogeneic antigens.
