推杆减速机是受谐波齿轮传动的启发而设想的一种传动方案。它用刚性构件代替谐波传动的弹性构件,从而保留谐波齿轮传动的优点,克服其不便应用于功率传动的不足。它与摆线针轮传动相类比,相当于把摆线轮与针齿及柱销的位置互换了一下,推杆传动的齿圈相当于摆线轮,传动杆两边的滚子相当于针齿及柱销,从而克服摆线针轮传动零件加工精度高的困难。本文讨论推杆传动的原理、计算、受力分析、效率计算、主要零件的加工,并作了粗略的误差分析。在与其它多点接触的传动形式相比较中,以应用较为广泛的摆线针轮传动为例,作了粗略的比较。
Pusher reducer is inspired by harmonic gear drive and envisaged a transmission scheme.
