以绞股蓝茎尖、茎段、叶片为外植体,研究了不同种类、不同浓度配比的外源激素对绞股蓝愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:茎尖在培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.02 mg·L-1中的诱导效果最好,其诱导率为75.0%;茎段在培养基MS+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1中的诱导效果最好,其诱导率为81.8%;叶片在培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.15 mg·L-1中的诱导效果较好,其诱导率为69.2%。
The stem tips, stem segments and leaves of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were used as explants to study the effects of exogenous hormones of different kinds and concentrations on the callus induction of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The results showed that the induction of shoot tip was the best in MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg · L-1 and NAA 0.02 mg · L-1, and the induction rate was 75.0% BA 2.0 mg · L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg · L-1, the induction rate was 81.8%. The highest induction rate of leaf in medium MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg · L-1 + NAA 0.15 mg · L -1 in the induction effect is better, the induction rate was 69.2%.
