大雁气功是在控制意念的基础上,模仿大雁起居习性,进行动静结合的独特锻炼方法,以增强机体的抗病能力,达到防病健身的目的。鉴于医学院校学生学习紧张,一般不太重视体育锻炼,有不少学生出现失眠、记忆力减退、视力下降等现象。我院为观察气功对失眠等症状的治疗作用,结合体育课教学,选择已入学一年的学生为对象,随机选择部分学生授予大雁气功(前64式),使之坚持锻炼,获得一定的效果,现将结果报告如下。
Dayan Qigong is based on the idea of control, imitation geese living habits, the combination of static and dynamic unique exercise methods to enhance the body’s resistance to disease prevention and fitness purposes. In view of the medical college students nervous, generally do not attach great importance to physical exercise, many students have insomnia, memory loss, vision loss and so on. In order to observe the therapeutic effect of Qigong on insomnia and other symptoms, we selected some students who had been enrolled for one year as subjects and randomly selected some of the students to grant Dayan Qigong (formerly 64), so as to insist on exercise and obtain certain effects ,The results reported below.
