目的:通过通塞脉微丸指纹图谱的研究,建立该制剂稳定、可重复的质量控制手段。方法:以Zorbax 80A Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶剂系统,线形梯度洗脱,检测波长为276 nm,柱温30℃;采用指纹图谱相似度软件进行数据分析。结果:建立了通塞脉微丸的HPLC对照指纹图谱,标示了21个共有色谱峰,通过与单味药及相应阴性制剂的比较确认了这21个色谱峰的归属;10批样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度在0.984以上。结论:通塞脉微丸HPLC指纹图谱的建立,对有效控制通塞脉微丸成品制剂的质量具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a stable and reproducible quality control method by studying the fingerprint of Tongsai vein pellets. Methods: A linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was used as mobile phase on a Zorbax 80A Extend-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 276 nm and a column temperature of 30 ℃. Graph similarity software for data analysis. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Tongsaimai pellets were established and 21 common chromatographic peaks were identified. The ownership of these 21 peaks was confirmed by comparison with the single drug and the corresponding negative preparations. Conclusion: The establishment of HPLC fingerprint of Tongsaimai pellets is of great significance for the effective control of the quality of finished preparations of Tongsaimai pellets.
