本实验在微波辐射阻断金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变的研究中,采用固定频率,变动功率、时间、次数和辐射器形状等技术参数的方法,通过组织内升温值测定和远期癌变率观察,评价和筛选最佳参数组合,为临床使用微波治疗白斑提供参考依据。结果发现,把握有效升温值是阻癌防癌的关键所在,而无端延长辐射时间和增加重复次数非但无助于治疗,而且可能带来负面影响,因此在适合范围内严格控制技术参数是十分重要的
