以地下1层(设备层)、地上20层的办公楼工程为例来探讨高层框架——剪力墙结构设计中的诸多问题。并从力学基本原理出发分析、解决问这些问题的方法做一总结。本工程设计平面布置中,通过加强地下室顶板、洞口周边的框架梁的方式来保证结构的整体受力;竖向布置中,通过合理调整混凝土强度等级和柱子、剪力墙断面,做到自下而上刚度逐渐均匀减小,无突变。通过改变柱子、剪力墙断面的大小及减小楼板厚度,解决了结构的周期和位移问题;通过连梁的调整及在剪力墙上开结构洞口,解决了框架和剪力墙协同工作的问题。
