对于单侧唇裂,通过旋转推进法(Millard法)和下三角瓣法(Tennison-Randall 法)的整复手术,目前一般都能获得比较理想的效果。但如果患儿手术年龄过小,唇部解剖结构不太清楚,术中对位不良,易造成手术失误;或由于裂隙过宽,一期手术时有意保留了无肌纤维结构的发育不良的裂隙边缘组织等原因,常需考虑进行二期整复手术。80年起笔者采用旋转推进法进行单侧唇裂二期整复手术,术中能充分切除第一次手术遗留的疤痕,手术效果比较理想,且容易掌握。

However, if the age of children with surgery is too small, the lip anatomy is not clear, poor alignment, easily lead to surgical errors; or because the fracture is too wide, a surgical intention to retain the muscle fiber without the development of the fissure edge Organization and other reasons, often need to consider the second phase of reconstructive surgery. After 80 years, the author used rotary propulsion method to perform unilateral cleft lip two-stage plastic surgery. During operation, it can fully remove the scar left after the first operation, and the operation effect is ideal and easy to grasp.
