目的:研究磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)包合对难溶性药物穿心莲内酯(AND)溶解度和溶出度的增强作用。方法:以SBE-β-CD为载体,分别采用研磨法、超声波法和共沉淀法制备AND的SBE-β-CD包合物,测出其溶出度和溶解度,并与AND原药,以及AND与SBE-β-CD的物理混合物的溶出性能进行比较。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X-射线衍射法(XRD)对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果:AND与SBE-β-CD确实形成了包合物,SBE-β-CD可使AND溶解度增加55.4倍。结论:SBE-β-CD极大地增加了AND的溶解度和溶出度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of SBE-β-CD inclusion on the solubility and dissolution of andrographolide (AND). Methods: The SBE-β-CD inclusion complex of AND was prepared by grinding method, ultrasonic method and coprecipitation method using SBE-β-CD as carrier. The dissolution and solubility of AND were measured. Compared to the dissolution profile of a physical mixture of SBE-β-CD. The inclusions were identified by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results: AND did form an inclusion complex with SBE-β-CD, and SBE-β-CD increased AND solubility by 55.4-fold. Conclusion: SBE-β-CD greatly increases the solubility and dissolution of AND.
