热休克蛋白(HSPs)作为分子伴侣保证蛋白质的正确折叠,并在各种应激中保护细胞免受损伤。近来发现HSPs还具有免疫原性,能被分泌至细胞膜表面或进入血液,并参与细胞间信号转导。HSPs与心房颤动(简称房颤)关系的研究主要涉及:不同种类HSPs在房颤中的表达及其作用,HSPs与心脏外科手术后房颤发生率的关系,HSPs自身免疫效应对房颤的影响,及HSPs与心房重构的关系等。这些研究促进了对房颤发生发展机制的深入理解,并有望形成防治房颤的新策略。
Heat shock proteins (HSPs) serve as molecular chaperones to ensure proper protein folding and to protect cells from damage in various stresses. It has recently been found that HSPs are also immunogenic and can be secreted onto the surface of cell membranes or into the bloodstream and are involved in the intercellular signal transduction. The relationship between HSPs and atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation) mainly involves: the expression of HSPs in different types of atrial fibrillation and its role, HSPs and the incidence of atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery, the effect of HSPs autoimmune effect on atrial fibrillation , And HSPs and atrial remodeling and so on. These studies have promoted a deep understanding of the mechanism of occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation, and are expected to form a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
