我国的报社绩效管理工作起步较晚,在当前报业发展的新局面下,在绩效管理方面的要求也越来越高,两相作用下,报社绩效管理工作成为了报社的亟待解决的管理问题。落后的绩效管理制度已经拖慢了报社的发展步伐。立足于新的管理理论,引进更为有效的管理工具成为了报社绩效管理的当务之急。平衡计分卡执行性强,能有效推动绩效管理工作,成为了报社绩效管理的有力工具。笔者在本文中将对平衡记分卡在报社绩效管理中的构建与运用进行阐述,以供读者参考。
In the current situation of newspaper development, the performance management requirements in our country are getting higher and higher. Under the action of the two phases, the performance management of the newspaper has become the urgent management problem to be solved by the newspaper. . The backward performance management system has slowed down the pace of newspaper development. Based on the new management theory, the introduction of more effective management tools has become the top priority of newspaper performance management. Balanced scorecard implementation is strong, can effectively promote performance management, has become a powerful tool for newspaper performance management. In this paper, I will elaborate on the construction and application of Balanced Scorecard in newspaper performance management for readers’ reference.
