The geographical features of the mountain jungle are high and dense forests, densely populated, vertical and horizontal streams, no way possible. Therefore, it is difficult to find and carry the wounded. We conducted a field exercise in a mountainous jungle for over two months, and we will introduce some of our experiences for reference by our comrades. (A) to find the wounded method: In the mountain jungle, due to narrow visual field, not easy to find the wounded; especially at night and for unconscious seriously wounded, looking more difficult. Sound can be issued and the wounded contact (we provide first aid to ask the second sound, the wounded soon after). After testing, under the influence of mountain stream running water, listen to the distance is generally heard in the mountains to the mountain for 50 meters, listening to the mountain
