在对煤进行高梯度磁选脱硫的过程中,用牛津产“超导振动样品磁强计—VSM”对不同煤种、煤岩成份、煤系及矿物黄铁矿及煤中矿物质共计近50个样品的质量磁化率进行了系统的研究。研究表明:不同宏观晶形的矿物及煤系黄铁矿的质量磁化率有一定差别;煤系黄铁矿质量磁化率比矿物黄铁物高近半个数量级;烟煤磁化率为负,无烟煤和丝碳为正;相同煤种的不同煤岩组分磁化率相差不大,煤系矿物质按磁化率之正负可分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两大系列。该研究为我国高梯度磁选煤脱黄铁矿的实践奠定了理论基础。
In the process of high-gradient magnetic separation desulfurization of coal, the “Superconducting Vibrational Sample Magnetometer-VSM” made by Oxford was used to study the effects of different coal types, coal and rock components, coal series and mineral pyrite and coal minerals The mass susceptibility of 50 samples was systematically investigated.
