六国化工磷酸二铵生产装置采用外环流氨化反应器,随着生产负荷提升,磷矿品质下降,导致外环流经常结垢,产品养分波动,影响系统稳定操作。在分析料浆不同含水量的情况下剪切速率对料浆黏度影响的基础上,提出在外环流氨化流程中,增加料浆循环泵,并将2个加氨管之间距离由600mm增至1900mm,从而增加了料浆在管内的流速,强化料浆的搅拌混合,增加料浆剪切应力,达到降低料浆黏度和反应器内不再结块的目的,提高了开车率,取得良好的效果。
