对圆弧型指尖密封构型特征进行了分析,确定了型线圆弧半径与圆弧中心圆半径的关系及取值范围;建立了指尖密封低泄漏和低磨损的综合性能优化设计方法。优化算例表明:通过该优化设计方法可以得到满足一定工况条件的综合性能良好的圆弧型指尖密封结构。通过对设计变量的灵敏度分析发现,在圆弧型指尖密封设计变量中对综合性能影响程度从大到小依次为型线圆弧半径、指尖梁宽度角、指尖靴高、下游保护高度和密封片厚度。与渐开线型指尖密封比较,圆弧型指尖密封在低泄漏性能上更具优势。本文工作为深入研究圆弧型指尖密封以期获得适应于不同条件的、性能更优的指尖密封结构形式奠定了一定的基础。
The characteristics of circular fingertip seal configuration were analyzed, the relationship between radius of circular arc and the radius of circular arc center and the range of values were determined, and the comprehensive performance optimization design method of fingertip seal with low leakage and low wear was established . The optimization example shows that the arc-shaped fingertight seal with good overall performance can be obtained by the optimized design method. Through the analysis of the sensitivity of the design variables, it is found that the influence degree on the overall performance in arc-type fingertip seal design variables is circular arc radius, width of fingertip beam, height of fingertip boot and downstream protection height And the thickness of the seal. Compared with the involute fingertip seal, arc fingertip seal has advantages in low leakage performance. This work lays a solid foundation for further research on the fingertip seal of circular arc in order to obtain the fingertip seal structure with better performance and adaptability to different conditions.
