商业步行街中商业界面的空间属性对行人停留活动的影响——以南京新街口商业步行街为例

本文选取南京市新街口商业步行街区作为研究案例,对商业步行街商业界面的空间属性和行人的停留活动进行数据收集,分析商业界面的空间属性对行人停留活动的影响。研究表明:商业步行街的透明度、功能密度对吸引商业性停留活动有积极影响,店面密度对吸引社会性停留活动有积极影响,而步行街的宽度则是影响各类停留活动的关键因素。最后,本文对商业步行街商业界面的设计提出建议。 In this paper, we selected the Xinjiekou commercial pedestrian block in Nanjing as a case study to collect the spatial attributes of the commercial pedestrian street commercial space and the pedestrian stay activities, and analyze the impact of the spatial attributes of the commercial interface on the pedestrian stay activities. The research shows that the transparency and functional density of commercial pedestrian street have a positive impact on attracting commercial residence, and the store density has a positive impact on attracting social residence, while the width of pedestrian street is the key factor affecting various kinds of staying. Finally, this article gives advice on the design of commercial pedestrian street commercial interface.
