随着我国经济的不断发展， 企业财务管理迫切需要大量人才。 如何通过教学让财务管理专业学生提高自身专业素养以及财务管理实践能力尤为重要。 参与式教学方式在财务管理中的运用能够更好地激发学生学习兴趣， 培养学生的实践能力。 本文通过对参与式教学法在财务管理中的研究与应用进行探讨， 希望能为财务管理工作起到借鉴作用。 With the continuous development of our economy, there is an urgent need for a large number of talents in corporate financial management. How to make students majoring in finance management improve their professional accomplishment and the ability of financial management practice through teaching is particularly important. The use of participatory teaching methods in financial management can better stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate their practical ability. This article discusses the research and application of participatory pedagogy in financial management, hoping to serve as reference for financial management.
