目的改良在巩膜层间瓣下的虹膜嵌顿术。方法作同小梁切除术的巩膜瓣，在瓣下作双叶状的红膜嵌顿术。结果对106例164眼青光眼患者，进行双瓣下虹膜嵌顿术，术后随访6个月至5年，术眼眼压均能控制在正常生理范围内，未发现因滤口阻塞而造成的引流失败。结论双瓣下虹膜嵌顿术是治疗青光眼的有效方法之一。
Objective To improve the iris incarceration under the scleral interlayer flap. Method for the same trabeculectomy scleral flap, under the flap for bilobate red membrane incarceration. Results Sixty-six eyes of 164 glaucoma patients underwent double-lobe iris incarceration. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years. Intraocular pressure was controlled within the normal physiological range. No obstruction caused by the filter was found Drainage failed. Conclusions Double-lobe iris incarceration is an effective way to treat glaucoma.
