针对某型飞机燃油系统试飞中反复出现的低油面告警故障,在对供输油原理、油箱结构和低油面告警机理的研究、分析的基础上,设计了专用试验程序进行了地面试验,得出告警原因为外机翼油箱与集油箱之间存在非正常串油现象。进而通过检查设计图纸与油箱内部,确定出非正常串油的形式有:集油箱密封不严、集油箱单向活门安装不合理、油箱引射泵未安装单向阀致使引射泵停止使用后存在反向虹吸现象等。得出的结论已用于排故过程中,推动了试验进展并为飞行安全提供了保障。
Aiming at the failure of low oil level alarm recurring during the test flight of a certain type of aircraft fuel system, a special test program was designed for ground test based on the research and analysis of the principle of oil supply, the structure of oil tank and the alert mechanism of low oil level. The reason for warning was that there was an abnormal oil burst between the outer wing tank and the collector tank. And then by checking the design drawings and the internal tank, to determine the form of non-normal string oil are: set the seal tight, collectors unidirectional valve installation is unreasonable, the fuel tank injection pump is not installed check valve to cause the ejector pump to stop after use There is reverse siphon phenomenon. The conclusions drawn have been used in the evacuation process to promote the test progress and provide a guarantee for flight safety.
