活塞涨圈工作在高温、高压和润滑条件不良的状态下,是活塞式发动机的一项重要零件,其耐磨性和弹力热稳定性均要求很严。粉末冶金是一种少、无切削的先进工艺,可以生产出工作于高温、高压、高速、自润滑状态下的耐磨材料和结构零件,这就为活塞涨圈的生产开辟了新的途径。我厂生产的合金铸铁涨圈采用离心铸造的筒状毛料,余量大,材料利用率低,劳动条件差,有时因原材料化学成分波动而成批报废。更严重的是工作过程中涨圈曾出现折断和掉渣等质量问题。为此,我们研制了铁基粉末冶金活塞涨圈。
Piston ring work in the high temperature, high pressure and poor lubrication conditions, the piston engine is an important part of its wear resistance and elastic thermal stability are very strict requirements. Powder metallurgy is a kind of less, no-cutting advanced technology, which can produce wear-resistant materials and structural parts working under high temperature, high pressure, high speed and self-lubricating condition, which opens up a new way for the production of piston ring. I plant the production of alloy cast iron ring using centrifugal casting cylindrical wool, the remaining large, low utilization of materials, poor working conditions, sometimes due to fluctuations in the chemical composition of raw materials and batch scrapped. More serious is the ring up the work process has broken and dregs and other quality problems. To this end, we developed the iron-based powder metallurgy piston ring.
