45kW箱式电阻炉是目前我国热处理主要加热设备。旧的箱式电阻炉由于设计不合理和所用材料不当等原因,存在着升温时间长、耗电多、电能利用率低、炉温均匀性差等缺点。为了提高箱式电阻炉各项经济技术指标,我们对45kW箱式电阻炉进行了研究和改造。在改造中所采取的主要技术措施是: 1.压低炉膛由原来500mm高,压低到400mm高,电炉丝每侧由原来8排压缩为6排,以提高炉子的热效率。2.增大功率电炉丝直径由原来的φ5.5mm改为φ6mm,功率由原来45kW增大到51kW(每相17kW),以强化炉内的热交换,提高升温速度。3.改造炉衬用硅酸铝耐火纤维毡对炉膛内
45kW box resistance furnace is the main heat treatment equipment in China. The old box-type resistance furnace due to unreasonable design and improper use of materials and other reasons, there is a long heating time, power consumption, low power utilization, poor uniformity of the furnace temperature and other shortcomings. In order to improve the various economic and technical indicators of box-type resistance furnace, we conducted a research and transformation of 45-kilowatt box-type resistance furnace. In the transformation of the main technical measures taken are: 1.
