我国的高程,1957年起采用青岛验潮站1950~1956年七年的平均海面为统一高程基准面,命名“黄海平均海水面”。经过廿多年来的努力,我国大陆国土的地物,已联测并归算至这个统一高程基准面上,黄海平均海水面在我国已有深远影响。但仅有青岛一个点的七年水位观测资料,不能满足今后确定我国高程基准面的需要。目前青岛和其他一些验潮站,虽然在继续进行水位观测,但资料的质量没有保证。为改变目前这项工作的薄弱环节,把掌握的问题汇总,提出改进意见。希望通过探讨,加强水位观测和联测工作,为今后合理确定我国的统一高程基准面提供依据。
The elevation of our country, since 1957, adopts the average sea level of Qingdao tide gauge stations from 1950 to 1956 as the uniform elevation datum, and named “the mean sea level of the Yellow Sea.” After more than 20 years of hard work, the features of the land in mainland China have been jointly measured and reduced to this unified elevation datum. The mean sea surface of the Yellow Sea has had far-reaching effects in our country. However, only a single point of Qingdao’s water level observation data for seven years can not meet the need of determining the elevation datum of our country in the future. At present, Qingdao and some other tide gauge stations have no guarantee of the quality of the data, although water level observation continues. In order to change the current weaknesses in this work, the problems we have mastered are summarized and suggestions for improvement are put forward. It is hoped that through discussions, the work of water level observation and joint monitoring will be strengthened and the basis for the reasonable determination of the unified elevation datum in China will be provided.
