为探究废旧衣物处置的新途径,将废旧衣物和土工布进行耐久性对比试验。试验条件包括高温日照、弱酸碱浸泡以及中湿土壤中埋置。通过拉伸试验,以伸长率与抗拉强度为指标比较了耐化学性与耐老化性。结果表明:高温日照对纯棉与化纤类试件的耐老化性均有不利影响;土工布的伸长率最大,具有最优的变形适应性;弱酸碱浸泡对织物抗拉性能不利,其中纯棉材料的耐酸性较弱,而化纤材料的耐碱性较差;埋置于中湿路基中,3种织物的耐老化性均随时间的增加而降低,其中水分对纯棉的不利影响最为显著;化纤与纯棉布也有一定的耐久性,可根据适用条件部分替代土工布应用于道路工程中。
In order to explore new ways to dispose of used clothes, the durable clothes and geotextiles were tested for durability. Test conditions include high temperature sunshine, weak acid-base soaking and embedding in wet soil. Through the tensile test, the comparison of the chemical resistance and the aging resistance with the elongation and the tensile strength as indexes. The results show that the sunshine at high temperature has an adverse effect on the aging resistance of the pure cotton and the chemical fiber samples. The geotextile has the highest elongation and has the best deformation adaptability. The weak acid and alkali soak is unfavorable to the tensile properties of the fabric, The acid resistance of cotton material is weak, while the chemical fiber material is poor in alkali resistance. The embedding resistance in medium wet embankment decreases with the increase of time, and the adverse effects of moisture on cotton The most significant; chemical fiber and cotton cloth also has some durability, according to the applicable conditions, part of the replacement of geotextile used in road engineering.
