目的:观察小茴香、吴茱萸、肉桂3种温里药3种不同提取物(挥发油、水煎液、去挥发油水提液)对交感神经-肾上腺机能的影响,探讨挥发油与药性、功效的相关性,及其以汤剂入药的合理性。方法:设空白对照组、模型对照Ⅰ组、模型对照Ⅱ组、阳性对照组、温里药(小茴香或吴茱萸或肉桂)3种不同提取物高、低剂量组,用寒凉药复制大鼠寒证模型,观察温里药对寒证大鼠尿内17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)与尿内儿茶酚胺(CAs)类物质肾上腺素(A)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)排出量的影响。结果:3种温里药的挥发油与水煎液部分都能增加寒证大鼠尿内17-OHCS的排出量;小茴香、肉桂挥发油与水煎液部分都可以增加A和NE的排出量;吴茱萸挥发油可以增加A和NE的排出量,但水煎液作用不明显。结论:小茴香、吴茱萸、肉桂3种温里药都有提高交感神经-肾上腺机能的作用;其所含的挥发油与药性、功效存在一定的相关性;以水煎液入药具有一定的合理性。
Objective: To observe the effects of three different kinds of extracts (volatile oil, decoction and volatile oil extract) on sympathetic-adrenal function in three kinds of medicinal herbs, such as fennel, Evodia and Cinnamon. , And its rationale for decoction. Methods: The rats in blank control group, model control group Ⅰ, model control group Ⅱ, positive control group, three kinds of different extracts of temperature medicine (fennel or Evodia or cinnamon) were used in high and low dose groups, Cold syndrome model to observe the effect of warming drug on the excretion of adrenaline (A), norepinephrine (NE) in the urine of 17-OHCS and urine CAs in cold syndrome rats influences. Results: The volatile oil and decoction of three kinds of Wenli drug can increase the excretion of 17-OHCS in the urine of rats of cold-syndrome; the volatile oil of Ane and Cinnamon can increase the amount of A and NE excreted; Evodia volatile oil can increase the A and NE emissions, but the effect of decoction is not obvious. CONCLUSION: The three kinds of Chinese arimidex, fennel, Evodia and Cinnamon have the function of improving the sympathetic-adrenal function. The volatile oil contained therein has certain relevance with the medicinal properties and efficacy. It is reasonable to use decoction as medicine.
