目的:探讨常规心电图对阿霉素(ADM)为主化疗的乳腺癌患者的心脏毒副作用的监控。方法:83例乳腺癌患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组43例,接受以ADM为主的CAF方案(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+氟尿嘧啶)。对照组40例,接受以ADM为主的CAF方案化疗的同时给予参麦注射液。两组患者在化疗前、后做常规12导联同步心电图并进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在接受ADM化疗后,心电图异常改变观察组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者在ADM累积剂量相同时出现心电图改变,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:常规心电图作为临床监控阿霉素为主化疗所致的心脏毒副作用是简便、实用、经济的。参麦注射液对ADM相关心脏毒性有较好的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cardiotoxicity and side effects of conventional electrocardiogram in adriamycin-resistant breast cancer patients. Methods: 83 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, 43 patients underwent CAF regimen (cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + fluorouracil). Control group of 40 patients receiving ADM-based chemotherapy of CAF while giving Shenmai injection. Two groups of patients before and after chemotherapy to do conventional 12 lead ECG and comparative analysis. Results: There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). Electrocardiogram changes occurred in the two groups when the cumulative dose of ADM was the same, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Conventional ECG as a clinical monitoring doxorubicin-based chemotherapy of heart toxicity is simple, practical and economical. Shenmai injection on ADM-related cardiotoxicity has a better protective effect.
